I am not keeping up with checking my favorite blogs lately so I’ve been really missing out on important updates. I just learned about this: The owner of the fantastic blog, 2:48, is being sued by Benihana restaurant for writing a bad review.
I’m honestly speechless!! This is utterly rediculous! How could someone be sued for stating a personal opinion?!
Most importantly, what does this tell us about freedom of speech in our country?
